Preventing marks and distortion during mini wrapping

Pressure marks may come from excessive tension or contact with a sensitive surface. Test a protective interlayer on a sample before wrapping valuable goods. If the bundle deforms, reconsider the tension, support and item arrangement. If the film slips, inspect the finishing overlap and surface condition. Confirm removal performance where clean appearance matters.

Inspect an unwrapped sample to establish whether the mark existed before packing. Compare the contact area, wrapped area and exposed area after a trial. This helps distinguish handling damage from pressure or a surface compatibility problem.

For distortion, check the direction of the wrapping force and whether the item has adequate support. Move the restraint to a stronger location where appropriate. A wider protective support may be more useful than additional tight turns.

For slipping, look at the final overlap and movement within the bundle. A smooth round object may rotate even when the film end holds. Adjust the item arrangement or approved wrapping location, then repeat the handling check.

Confirm your specification

Specify width, thickness, roll length or net material weight, core size, colour, packing, quantity and destination. Final dimensions and performance are confirmed by the sample and order.
