Coloured mini stretch film for organised small bundles
Coloured mini rolls combine targeted wrapping with visual sorting. They are useful when a workshop needs to distinguish groups of parts without wrapping a complete pallet. Select enough coverage to hold the bundle and consider whether the colour hides a needed marking. The colour helps identification; a written part or job reference should remain authoritative.
Small coloured bundles can help keep work for different jobs together at a bench or within a storage bin. Combine the wrap with a part number or job label so identification survives a change in staff or shift.
Choose a location that visibly identifies the bundle without hiding an inspection point. On mixed parts, check that the smallest component cannot slip out. A coloured band should not give the impression that loose contents are fully enclosed.
Plan the handover between departments before introducing a colour. Receiving staff need the same meaning as the packing team. Keep the colour reference with the job documentation and verify it whenever a new job or part is introduced.
